Q: How often should my exhaust system be cleaned?
A: It really depends on how much food you cook, how often you cook and what type of food you cook. One of our service technicians can tell you when we come to your business and give a free estimate.

Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, we are! Allot of kitchen exhaust cleaning companies carry little or no insurance. As a business owner or manager, you know the importance of insurance and so do we! We are also members of several National organizations as well as local and state organizations.

Q: Is it required that my kitchen exhaust system be cleaned?
A: Yes, it is. It is required by several agencies.

Q: How often should I clean my filters?
A: You should clean your filters weekly. Running them in your dishwasher is fine as long as you are getting the grease off of them.

Q: Do you clean filters?
A: Yes, we do. We also provide complete filter replacement after your filters have out lived their life span.

Q: How big of a mess do you leave behind?
A: Generally, we try not to leave ANY mess at all.  We use caution to keep the area clean and dry. We even mop the floors for you when we are finished!

Q: Why would I need my concrete cleaned?
A: Over time your customers track oil, grease and dirt onto your sidewalks. If left uncleaned, over time, your establishment will have a negative appeal to your customers.

Q: Do you take part of the concrete up to clean it?
A: No. We use HOT water to remove the grease and grime from the concrete. This process causes no harm to the concrete.

Q: How often should I have my concrete cleaned?
A: It really depends on your businesses personal needs. We have customers that have us clean weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and bi-yearly.
